Organic Wheat Udon

Udon for 1 year old which is made from whole grain organic wheat flour.

This product uses whole grain organic wheat from Tamba, Hyogo Prefecture, which is produced in safe and secure soil that does not use any pesticides and is not sprayed with herbicides or fungicides.

Whole grain flour is made by grinding all of the wheat epidermis, germ, and endosperm into flour, which is rich in vitamins and minerals, especially dietary fiber, vitamin B1, and iron, and has a fragrant flavor and texture that comes from the epidermis and germ. It is characterized by its rich texture and is brownish in color.

Suitable for 1 year old and above.
